Refrigeration System – Exquisite Low-temperature Craftsmanship

The low-temperature connecting pipelines adopt high-quality oxygen-free copper tubes. Professional processing includes electric pipe bending, nitrogen-charged welding, and high-pressure leak-proof technology to ensure welding quality. The length, inclination, gradient and routing of all pipelines are strictly calculated to achieve the optimal refrigeration effect. A high-performance handheld electronic leak detector is used for refrigerant leakage inspection.

Oil Separator & Refrigeration Oil

Sufficient high-quality refrigeration oil directly determines the service life of the compressor. If refrigeration oil enters the refrigeration system, especially the heat exchangers, the overall performance will be severely reduced. For this reason, internationally renowned brand oil separators are adopted for stable and reliable performance. Japan **SUNOCO** refrigeration oil is used with stable performance and viscosity.

 

Refrigeration Compressor

As the core of the refrigeration system, world-famous brand compressors are configured, including imported Frascold (Italy), Bitzer (Germany), Danfoss, Maneurop, Tecumseh, Copeland and other premium brands.

 

Condensing Evaporator

Adopts the world’s advanced brazed plate heat exchanger. It consists of multiple corrosion-resistant stainless steel plates pressed into herringbone corrugations. Adjacent plates feature opposite corrugation directions, forming a large number of contact points. The complex interleaved channels create turbulent flow on both sides to enhance heat exchange efficiency. Intense turbulence and smooth stainless steel surfaces prevent scaling inside the channels.

This design reduces system resistance and overcomes the disadvantages of traditional large domestic low-temperature freezers, such as bulky size, poor heat exchange and low efficiency. Its heat exchange efficiency is **30% higher** than that of conventional evaporators, with advantages of compact structure, attractive appearance and fast heat transfer.
