Product Introduction

Scope of Application

It is widely used in aviation, aerospace, military industry, microelectronics, semiconductors, circuit boards, magnetic materials, rubber products, seals, sensors, optoelectronics, LEDs, medical treatment, cultural relic preservation and many other fields. It is also applicable to aerospace research experiments, gas trapping, biomedicine, petrochemical engineering, chemical distillation and extraction, low-temperature liquid baths, pharmaceutical freeze-drying, and other scenarios for testing the properties, parameters and states of substances at a constant temperature.

It is mainly applied in the Parylene coating vacuum plating process. Products coated with Parylene feature extremely high insulation strength, as well as excellent resistance to high and low temperatures, corrosion, acids and alkalis. They also have outstanding performance in lubrication, dustproofing, rust prevention, moistureproofing, waterproofing, transparency and anti-aging properties, and boast good biocompatibility. The surface waterproof performance can reach IP68 protection grade.

Common cold traps are divided into rod type and pot type. Custom shapes and dimensions can also be designed according to customers' requirements.
